Snowbasin Resort Tap Takeover: Craft Beer, Live DJs & Aprés-Ski Mayhem!

Snowbasin Resort cranks up the après-ski scene with its Tap Takeover, featuring craft beer from legendary local breweries, live DJs, and wild ski games every weekend through March 16.

The folks at Snowbasin Resort invite guests 21 and over to “tap into the ultimate weekend vibes” with their weekly Tap Takeover events, running every Saturday and Sunday through March 16th.

Each weekend from 10 AM to 4:30 PM legendary local breweries will take over the Snowbasin beer tapes on the patio at Earl’s Lodge. Indulge in refreshing brews, live DJ sets, ski-centric games like Gelande Quaffing, and “INSANE” giveaways.

The tap takeover lineup for the next five weeks looks like this:

Squatters Brewing: 2/15-2/17

Uinta Brewing: 2/22 & 2/23

Prodigy Brewing: 3/1 & 3/2

Moab Brewing: 3/8 & 3/9

Roosters Brewing: 3/15 & 3/16

The event is free to enter for all guests 21+.

Congrats also to the Snowbasin culinary team. Their fan-favorite Reuben sandwich was named a Must-Eat by SKI Magazine in their recent article “11 Must-Eat Meals at Ski Lodges in the U.S.” It is available daily from 9am to 4pm at Snowbasin’s John Paul Lodge.

Originally trained as an anthropologist, Ted Scheffler is a seasoned food, wine, and travel writer based in Utah. He loves cooking, skiing, music, and reading, and spends an inordinate amount of time tending to his ever-growing herd of guitars and amplifiers. Ted is also the author of the Utah Bites newsletter, which is published in partnership with Utah Stories. Before moving to Utah, Ted lived in New York City, and numerous states in the US, as well as in various countries overseas, Spain, Japan, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico. He earned a Master’s Degree in Anthropology from the Graduate Faculty of The New School for Social Research.
