New Cocktails & Brews at Log Haven

Log Haven introduced some tempting new cocktails and beer selections to its award-winning beverage list.

Up at Log Haven restaurant in Millcreek Canyon, Chef Dave Jones and his culinary team recently launched new summer menu items such as Paprika-Cured Salmon, Roasted Hen of the Wood Mushroom, Jalapeño-Queso Crab Cakes, Grilled Quail, and others. 

In addition to new menu items, General Manager Ian Campbell and Bar Manager Brenda Gomez have introduced some tempting new cocktails and beer selections to Log Haven’s award-winning beverage list. 

New beers to enjoy include Bottled Mama’s Milk Imperial Stout from Vernal Brewing Co, ROHA Brewing’s High on the Hops Hazy IPA on draft, and Dangereux Farmhouse Ale from 2 Row Brewing. 

Cabin Cooler

The newest additions to Log Haven’s killer cocktail selection include a Cabin Cooler (5 Wives Vodka, Cointreau, Sweet & Sour, Passion Fruit Syrup, Blueberry Syrup, and Seltzer); the Wingpointe (Old Tom Gin, Lillet Blanc, Luxardo, and Orange Bitters); and a scrumptious Strawberry Mojito, made with Dented Brick Antelope Rum, Strawberry Puree, Sweet & Sour, and Fresh Mint. 

Any or all of those new libations would be perfect for sipping on Log Haven’s gorgeous patio and deck this summer.
