Dinners to go @ Ghidotti’s

Whether you’re still not quite up to dining in public with throngs in restaurants, or you’d just like to take a night off from cooking, Ghidotti’s in Park City has you covered.

Restaurateur Bill White’s ode to classic Italian fare, Ghidotti’s, offers takeout dinner packages to go, and orders may be placed at 5 p.m. or later and will be readly for pickup in about 20-30 minutes. So, you don’t even have to plan very far ahead!

All of Ghidotti’s dinner packages come with a choice of salad – house or Caesar – plus freshly baked focaccia bread. Entree options include Vegetable Farfalle with fresh basil and marinara; Farfalle Alfredo with grilled chicken and spinach; Baked Penne with Bolognese sauce and mozzarella; Chicken Parmesan with bowtie pasta and marinara; and Grilled Salmon Penne with lemon butter and tomatoes. To order, phone 435-658-0669 or order online at Ghidottis.com.

Fenice for Lunch

Great news for downtown SLC dwellers and workers: Fenice Mediterranean Bistro is now open serving lunch as well as dinner.

The new lunch menu at Fenice features many of the small plates, pastas, and pizzas from the dinner menu, as well as the addition of some sandwiches and lunch salads. New sandwich items include a homemade glyro; a meatball sub with a signature blend of veal, pork and beef; and a pesto-grilled chicken sandwich. Lunch pastas include mushroom risotto, Bolognese bianca, bucatini polpetta, and pasta primavera. Fenice is currently serving lunch Tuesday through Friday, from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. And, just a reminder that guests must be 21 or over to dine at Fenice.
