Park City’s Riverhorse on Main restaurant recently launched their 2022 Summer Wine Series, kicking off with a wine dinner featuring Oregon’s Adelsheim Vineyards.

The folks at Riverhorse on Main have announced the second wine dinner in the Summer Wine Series, this one featuring Napa Valley’s Robert Sinskey Vineyards. The dinner will take place on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 6:15 p.m. The Riverhorse culinary team will prepare a special 4-course dinner complemented by Robert Sinskey Vineyards wine pairings, appetizers, and an intimate reception in the Riverhorse on Main Chef’s Room.

“We’re pleased to feature Robert Sinskey Vineyards as part of our 2022 Summer Wine Series,” says Executive Chef Seth Adams of Riverhorse Hospitality Group. “A Napa Valley standout, Robert Sinskey Vineyards practices the ‘whole farm’ philosophy and embraces abundant biodiversity, allowing their organic varietals to spring from a healthy, balanced landscape.”

A guest speaker representing Robert Sinskey Vineyards will be on hand to discuss the wines and answer queries about them. Tickets for this 21+ event are available now on RESY for $160 per person before tax and gratuity. Limited seats are available so reservations are encouraged as soon as possible.

Riverhorse on Main will host the third event of the 2022 Summer Wine Series on September 26th with DAOU Family Estates.
