Ogden’s Own Distillery’s Event for Local Bartenders and Servers

Ogden’s Own Distillery hosted a unique first-even event at their large campus featuring local vendors and the Inaugural Server Cocktail Race.

Ogden’s Own Distillery’s President Mark Fine hosted a unique first-even event at their large campus on a sunny April afternoon. Utah bartenders and servers were sampling their line-up of products including their Porter’s Huckleberry Liqueur, Five Wives Vodka and a new line-up of canned cocktails.

The area was lively and fun with fierce competition at the corn hole tables. The event also hosted the first Inaugural Server Cocktail Race featuring Demitri’s Bloody Mary Mix.

The event featured servers making a bloody Mary, then sprinting around the amphitheater attempting not to spill the drink. Winners received a package from Barfly and Demitri’s Bloody Mary Mix. Vienna’s Creations and Beehive Cheese were both there with booths set up. Both companies have partnered with Ogden’s Own to infuse their liquor into their locally-made products. Beehive Cheese will be introducing a cheese with Ogden’s Own Porters Huckleberry Liqueur and Vienna’s Creations owners’ are making soaps with more of Ogden Own’s liquours.

Vienna’s Creations owned by Viavid and Vanisha Royabl are using Ogden’s Own products to make a unique line-up of soaps that contain liquor products (Porter’s Rye, Porter’s Peach, Porter’s Huckleberry, Five Wives Heavenly Vodka). The liquor that actually improves the lather of their boutique skin-care soaps.

Ogden’s Own is committed to partnering with farmers and local makers to create new liquors and products that contain the “secret sauce” that the greater Ogden area has been known for. Locals work with locals to do incredible things. “We fully embrace the area’s local businesses, community, and farmers in everything we do,” said Fine.
