In a pickle about what to do for Valentine’s Day dinner this year? Caffe Molise has your back with two Valentine’s Takeaway Dinner options to heat and serve, as well as romantic dine-in availability. There are vegetarian and non-vegetarian versions of the Takeaway Dinner.

The carnivore Takeaway Dinner for 2 ($75) includes 2 bread rolls; Winter Caprese – roasted cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs with mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, and Balsamic Vinegar Reduction; Caesar salad; Braised Bone-In Short Rib with Red Wine Pan Sauce; Polenta Cakes with Roasted Corn and Smoked Cheese Besciamella; Italian Green Beans with Fresh Thyme, Toasted Cashews, and Brown Butter; and Decadent Dark Chocolate Cake with Blood Orange Syrup.

The vegetarian Takeaway Dinner for 2 ($65) is the same as the carnivore version but substitutes Grilled Cauliflower “Steaks” with Italian Salsa Verde for the Short Rib.

Of course, you can also enjoy Valentine’s Day dining in person at spacious, socially-distanced and safe Caffe Molise. It’s one of the most romantic restaurants in Utah.
