There are also a bevy of new specials, including sushi as part of the Raw Bar menu and the Blind Dog Beach Party Happy Hour from 4 to 6 p.m. daily. In addition, there are nightly specials: Taco Tuesday; Wednesday Half Price Burger Night; Thursday Buck-A-Shuck (oysters); Friday Family Night Specials; and Saturday Sushi Bento Boxes.

If you’d still rather dine at home, Blind Dog also offers retail seafood as well as curbside pickup orders.

Fratelli Ristorante

All New Fratelli

After 12 and a half years, Fratelli Ristorante has closed its original Sandy location permanently. That’s the bad news. The good news is that on Monday, June 8th, the swanky new Fratelli Ristorante will open at 8612 S. 1300 East. Fratelli offers upscale Italian fare and a robust wine and drink menu.

According to Pete and Dave, they will be doing both dine-in and takeout at the new location with reservations strongly recommended with Covid-19 rules still in effect. “We can’t wait to see all our loyal customers again,” say the brothers.
