Tupelo Park City & Joseph Phelps Vineyards

Feldman's Deli

Feldman’s Deli

Great news for folks like me who are hardcore Feldman’s Deli lovers. This week Feldman’s launched new, expanded hours at the Deli and are now serving breakfast. Michael, Janet, and the hardworking Feldman’s team will be serving guests from 8 am to 8:30 pm, Tuesday through Saturday for breakfast (until 10:30 am), lunch and dinner.

Feldman’s’ breakfast menu includes items such as Taylor Ham, corned beef hash, blintzes, bagel beignets, salami & eggs; homemade biscuits & gravy, Eggs Benny (on latkes), schmears, spreads and more. Now there’s even more time to enjoy Feldman’s Jewish-style deli fare!

Tupelo Park City & Joseph Phelps Vineyards

Utah Native Tupelo & Californian Wines

One of my favorite California wineries is Napa Valley’s Joseph Phelps Vineyards. And one of my favorite Utah restaurants is Park City’s Tupelo. Well, on Saturday, October 5th at 7 pm, Tupelo will pair up with Joseph Phelps Vineyards for a five-course, farm-to-table dinner.

“It is such a special privilege to share an evening with the Joseph Phelps Vineyards family,” said Tupelo Park City Chef & Owner Matt Harris. “Their 100% estate-grown model ensures the highest quality and consistency of their entire wine portfolio, and we are grateful to be able to serve a few wines from their critically-acclaimed collection with our guests.”

The tentative menu and wine pairings for the evening look like this:

1st

Cold Smoked Madai Crudo, Tomato Jam, Baby Fennel, Yuzu Vinaigrette

2018 Sauvignon Blanc, St. Helena (93 points Wine Spectator)

2nd

2017 Chardonnay, Freestone Vineyard, Sonoma Coast (92+ Points – Robert Parker Wine Advocate)

3rd

Rodizio Grill

Wild Game Fest

Wild Game Fest is back at Rodizio Grill through October 2019 and during that time 100% of Rabanada dessert sales will be donated to the Image Reborn Foundation, which supports breast cancer survivors by providing no-cost healing retreats. Rabanada is a warm cinnamon pastry with a creamy center, served with vanilla ice cream and laced with caramel sauce.

During Wild Game Fest at Rodizio Grill, the already expansive menu expands to include items such as Japanese Kurobuta, New Zealand venison and more. These meats are in addition to the regular Rodizio dinner menu at no extra charge.
