The Gateway, Utah’s premier community gathering, dining, and entertainment destination invites yogis and novices to join in a healthy practice of yoga all summer long welcoming back Sunday Yoga on the Plaza and introducing $20 Goat Yoga on Tuesday evenings. All shapes, sizes, and ability levels are welcome and supported.
Every Sunday at 10 a.m., starting May 19, Salt Lake Power Yoga will give the weekend a little extra stretch. The yoga class is free. Mimosas and Five Wives Vodka Bloody Marys are just $5. Need a little animal therapy with your yoga? GOGA, Goats + Yoga is offered every Tuesday evening starting May 28 from 7 until 8 p.m. on the Olympic Legacy Plaza. The team from GOGA bring baby goats from their farm to you. “Come laugh, smile and love on the goats while getting on your yoga,” said Derek Westover. “You will leave feeling lighter and with a full heart.” Classes are limited and you must purchase a ticket in advance at http://utahgogaguys.com/elementor-11036/
