There is a lot to love about A. Fisher Brewing Co. For starters, there’s a dog-friendly patio. And if you’re hungry, a rotating flotilla of food trucks parks outside the brewery and you can feel free to bring your truck food inside to eat. Plus, Fisher Brewing is employee-owned and community-focused with an excellent, friendly vibe. The staff is really knowledgeable and helpful.
Beer selections and specials change from time to time but so far some of the beers I’ve enjoyed at Fisher Brewery include Uncle Whippies ESB, Rye Cream Ale, Brexit Brown Ale, Extra Kölsch, Nitro Coffee Stout, Saison, Hefe, and Blondowski. I really like that you can get any Fisher brew to go in a growler or crowler.
But even as great as all those beers are, my favorite at Fisher is the Classic Lager. It’s a German-style pilsner with a pretty white head, citrus aromas, brioche flavors, and some herbal and grassy notes. Quite simply, this is a lager to love a lot.
