Next Thursday, July 26th, Ogden’s Zucca Ristorante will host their monthly wine pairing dinner, from 6 PM to 9 PM.
Attendees are invited to wine, dine and mingle at The Underground inside Zucca while indulging in an off-the-menu four course dinner prepared by head chef Luis Zamora. Each course will be paired with wine hand-picked by Zucca owner Brian Gobar.
The tentative menu and wine pairings for the Zucca July Wine Pairing Dinner are:
Baked Onion stuffed with Fennel Sausage + Jean-Baptiste Gewûrztraminer
Ahi Tuna Salad with Spicy Citrus Dressing + Laurenz Gruner Veltliner
Braised Lamb with Mashed Cauliflower + Banshee Mordecai
Decadent White Chocolate Tiramisu + Shatter Grenache
The cost for the dinner (21 and over) is $50 per person. For reservations, call Zucca at 385-405-2496.
