Italian: Cucina Toscana - My final wish is to die eating here. Pizza: Settebello - european feel in utah Unique Gifts / bookstore's?: Tabula Rasa - Sophisticated gift giving Woman's boutiques: Alta Moda Bridal - Every girl should be so lucky. Fine dining: Rino's serves not only the finest Italian with local, fresh ingredients, but also has one of the most elegant dining experiences in town
Brew pubs: Red Rock has a wall full of gold medals for their beers, has been internationally recognized, and has a menu that's second to none.
Specialty Subs: Grove's Market makes some of the finest, and definitely largest subs in existence.
Chinese food: Charlie Chow's makes outstanding food. Not to question your listing, but Charlie Chow's, Little World, Mandarin, & Hong Kong Tea House are incredible, while Wong's & Sampan are mediocre at best.
Indian: India House is one of the finest Indian Restaurants on earth. I've had people from all ends of the world agree it's the best in SLC.
Thai: Thai Lotus certainly needs a mention among the best in SLC.
Live Music: Kilby Court, Murray Theater, & The Avalon have touring & local acts almost every night. Certainly that should put them ahead of In The Venue which has very infrequent shows.
Theaters: It's often forgotten, but Off Broadway Theater has improv every weekend, and puts on 6 or more of its own plays every year. These are written by Utahns, performed by Utahns, for the entertainment of Utahns. How much more Salt Lake can you get?
