Utah Stories Official Advertising Contract Policy

Utah Stories advertising agreements are stated in the terms of each individual contract.

Cancellation Policy

If any business wishes to cancel their advertising contract, they must provide Utah Stories Account Manager  a 40-day notice prior to cancellation. The fee for cancellation is 30 percent of the remaining balance of the agreement.

Payment Policy

Payment on invoices are due within 20 days of invoice date. After 30 days a late penalty of 5% will be applied to the total invoice. Outstanding balances will accrue interest at a annual percentage rate of 24%, after the penalty has been applied.

Ad Review Approval Policy

Utah Stories advertisers have 10 days prior to press date (24th of each month) to request ad changes or send in new ads. Ad changes will not be accepted after the 22nd. Send all changes to goldautahstories@gmail.com

After Utah Stories creates or revises ads, we will send low-resolution proofs to advertisers, who then have 12 hours to review new ads and provide final approval or changes. If advertisers do not respond to our requests for approval, Utah Stories is not held responsible if the business desires changes or revisions. All changes or revisions must be sent to goldautahstories@gmail.comprior to the 22nd of each month.

Artwork Copyright Policy

Utah Stories Magazine owns the copyright to all photographs we take and all of the ads our design department produces. We are happy to convert our ads for banners, promotional posters, websites and ads for other publications for an additional fee. Permission must be acquired before using Utah Stories artwork for other advertising methods.

Refund Policy

All sales on magazines back issues are final. All credit card transactions are final. If any back issues sold are damaged or destroyed in shipping send an e-mail to richard@utahstories.com and we will send a new copy free-of-charge.
